Nrsimha Caturdasi

Lord Narasimha is the half-man, half-lion incarnation of Lord Krishna, who descended to this world to show protection to his unalloyed devotee Prahlada from the assassination attempts made by his demoniac father.  Lord Narasimha demonstrates how the Lord is unfailing in the protection for His devotees.  Join the festival to hear more about the thrilling pastimes of Lord Narasimha.

We will be celebrating the Appearance Day of Lord Narasimha tonight.   The Festival will consist of Kirtans, Arati, Drama, Discourse, Flower and Garland offerings, and a special Darshan and Arati at dusk (the time when Lord Narasimhadev appeared).  There is a fast until dusk on this day.
